This organization was founded by Alex Goryachev, a Wall Street Journal bestselling author, global innovation leader, and recognized authority on how technology transforms organizations and cultures.

For over two decades, Alex has led technology-driven innovation across industries — guiding global brands such as Cisco, IBM, Dell, Pfizer, and Amgen in building environments where ideas grow and people thrive.

As the former Head of Global Innovation at Cisco, he established Innovation Centers across five continents, launched the company’s first AI innovation program, and led initiatives that helped earn Cisco the title of Forbes’ #1 Best Place to Work for Innovators.

His work has spanned continents and industries — from developing Smart City strategies in seven countries to leading the Olympics Innovation Track for Tokyo and Paris.

Through these experiences, Alex discovered a simple truth:
